We order cabinets from Jim. They were add ons in the kitchen and bathroom. Jim said they should be ready 6-8 weeks which was great we had a lot to do in the house. About four weeks later we called and talked to Erin to see if we could get an entertainment center made. She said yes and sent us a drawing of it. It was a perfect fit for our wall. With all my add ons it took a little longer but it was worth it. Andrew was a magician. What I thought would not look so great turned out it was perfect.Thank you Jim, Erin, Andrew, Jesse. Jim and his team are the best!!! After going thru a disastrous install with a big box retailer, Jim and his team were able repair damage caused by others and provide us with beautiful quartz countertops. Silverwood's demolition and installation teams were so nice and professional and took great care of my purchased material as well as the remaining items in my kitchen. We will definitely use them for all future cabinet and countertop needs. I couldn't be happier with the end result.read more

Update: I wanted to add this bit to my experience with Silverwood Cabinetry because I think it says a lot about the owner as a person and his care for the business and his customers. He personally came and made things right, apologized for everything, and was just as upstanding and genuine as he could be. I would say that with James being the owner, I would probably recommend this company to others. If there is an issue, he will make it right and go out of his way to do so. This alone deserves 5 stars. I will leave my previous review below for context because I think it's important, but if you want beautiful cabinetry work done and want an honest fellow, James is the guy for that. Hopefully his business continues to thrive.Previous review: I have debated on whether or not to even make a review, but ultimately, I decided I should. I placed the order for the cabinets on October 15th of 2022. I was told it would be around 6-8 weeks. Everything up until this point had been great, friendly, and professional. I didn't get many updates after this point, and getting ahold of the owner wasn't the easiest thing. I got a few updates here and there. Finally, on January 25th, the cabinets were installed, about 15 weeks later. Far longer than I had expected, or was told. Oh well, not the biggest deal. But the cabinets weren't even complete on this day, and we would have to wait MORE than another month for the countertops to be installed on February 21st. So all in all, the install time went from 6-8 weeks, all the way to about 20 weeks. Needless to say, I wasn't too thrilled about this. And then the actual installation wasn't done great either. There was a very noticable ding in one of the doors, and one of the drawers was installed wrong so it rubbed the drawer above it. When the guy came to fix it, he painted over the ding, and moved the drawer ever so slightly that it still currently rubs, and the ding is still noticable as the paint doesn't quite match the other paint. The owner himself was professional and friendly, but his workers/installers weren't the nicest. They weren't rude by any means, but they weren't exactly friendly either. Honestly, all in all, the entire experience wasn't great. I don't think I would go through them again. I would probably even leave 2 stars if the final product wasn't as nice as it was. Despite the issues and flaws, they do look very nice.read more

Jim and his entire staff did an amazing job with our new cabinets. From the selection process through the installation we were thrilled. Best of all the completed job is so much more than I ever imagined. My new kitchen looks like something out of a magazine!read more

Our original thoughts for our kitchen remodel were very narrow. Jim made some wonderful suggestions which we incorporated into the design and we are so happy that we did they completed our cabinets quickly. We LOVE our new space, the kitchen is functional and beautiful. Jim was great to work with!read more
